1. How your plan is delivered
When your payment is confirmed by Cashfree Payments, your plan is switched on in your account straight away, usually within a minute. You receive a payment confirmation and invoice at your account's email address. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
2. How your files are delivered
The thumbnails, posters, posts, album art and compressed files you make are downloaded directly from your browser to your device. Artwork also stays saved in your account until you delete it. YouTube Downloader files are available for 6 hours.
3. If something does not arrive
If your plan is not active within one hour of paying, or a file will not download, email admin@tanthaentertainment.com with your payment reference. We reply within 48 hours and either switch your plan on or follow the steps in our Refund and cancellation policy.
