Content and copyright policy

In short
- Use CoverLab only with videos, photos, logos and music you own or have permission to use.
- Save YouTube videos only if they are yours, or the owner allows it.
- If you think something made or stored on CoverLab infringes your rights, email us and we will act quickly.
1. Use what is yours
Every tool in CoverLab works on material you bring. Before you upload or link anything, make sure that:
- you made it, own it, or have a licence or written permission from the owner;
- the people who appear in it have agreed to it being used for promotion;
- any title logo, music or brand in it is yours or licensed to you.
Producers, labels, artists and studios using their own releases are exactly who CoverLab is for. Making a poster for someone else's film, without their permission, is not allowed.
2. The YouTube Downloader
- Save only videos that you uploaded yourself, that you hold the rights to, or whose owner allows downloading, for example under a Creative Commons licence.
- Do not use it to copy, re-upload or sell other people's music, films or videos.
- YouTube has its own terms. You are responsible for following them.
- Saved files are deleted from our servers 6 hours after they are made.
- We may block links, channels or accounts that are used to infringe.
3. Faces and real people
CoverLab never redraws or changes the faces of the people in your material. Do not use it to make artwork that misleads people about who is in a release, that suggests a person endorses something they do not, or that mocks, sexualises or harms a real person.
4. AI features
When you choose an AI feature, it works from the shots you picked. Do not use it to imitate a living artist's signature style on purpose, to copy another release's artwork, or to make content that is not allowed under our Terms of service.
5. Reporting infringement
If you believe something on CoverLab infringes your copyright, trademark or personal rights, email admin@tanthaentertainment.com with:
- your name and contact details, and whom you represent;
- the work or right you say is infringed;
- where it appears on CoverLab, such as a link or the account name;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate.
We acknowledge reports within 48 hours. Where the report is valid, we remove or block the material and tell the account owner, who can reply if they believe it was a mistake. Material that a court or government order requires us to remove is taken down within 36 hours of the order.
6. Repeat infringers
Accounts that infringe other people's rights more than once will be closed, without a refund.
